"Loop Wheel" Sweatshirt - Indigo Dyed

DUBBLE WORKS sweatshirts are built using true loopwheel fleece, knitted on vintage hanging knitting machines that have been in use since the 1950s. This slow, low-tension knitting method allows air to remain in the fabric, creating a sweatshirt that feels fluffy, soft, and naturally resilient. Because the yarn is never forced or overstressed during knitting, the fabric holds its shape exceptionally well even after long-term wear.

This sweatshirt uses raffi yarn, reintroducing short cotton fibers normally removed during spinning. The result is subtle surface unevenness and texture that closely mirrors original vintage sweatshirts. The body is knit as a continuous tube with no side seams, giving it a relaxed, natural drape that wraps comfortably around the body. Finished with traditional flat-seam construction, the seams stay smooth and unobtrusive, reinforcing the overall comfort and longevity of the garment.

Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy is wearing a large in this sweatshirt. These don't have quite the boxy fit afforded by a lot of their t-shirts. We would say it fits more in line with garments from its sister company, Warehouse. Snag at a minimum one size up if you want a traditional fit, and two sizes if you want a comfortable fit. Tommy is 5'9," 165lbs with a 41" chest.
