822-OLD18 - 18oz "Olive Denim" Selvedge Jeans - Super Wide Tapered

This 18oz olive denim is woven at low tension on a vintage power loom using olive warp and off-white weft yarns. The fabric carries the rugged, irregular texture that defines Oni, with a coarse surface that softens and develops character over time. The olive tone fades differently than traditional indigo, producing depth and subtle contrast that pairs naturally with blue denim, chambray, and classic chinos.

A horse-tanned leather patch with green foil embossing is sewn on after washing to preserve its finish. Original buttons and copper-punched rivets anchor the construction, with hidden rivets reinforcing the back pockets. Custom hip pocket stitching and the original flasher complete the detailing. Every element reflects Oni’s unmistakable identity and attention to fabric-driven design.

Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy is wearing a size 34 in this pant. This new Super Wide Taper allows you to go with a size more true to your "normal" size. It has plenty of room in the waist thighs and knee as you can see from the charts. So if you get that right, you shoudl be good to go. We recommend buying your normal ONI size if you know it, and your normal Japanese denim size if not. Tommy is 5'9" 165lbs, with a 33-34" waist.
