This fabric is the result of Ken-ichi Iwaya’s relentless experimentation, mixing traditional indigo with a subtle green sulphur dye to create a vintage-inspired hue that shifts with the light. The denim is woven slowly at low tension, giving it the signature uneven texture and soft slub that PBJ fans know and love. Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy popped up to a 34 in these. That tends to be his standard starting point from PBJ. These have a little more room than the 019, so we felt much better in the 34. We would still recommend sizing up twice in these. Tommy is 5'9,' 165lbs with a 33-34" waist.
