IH-777S-SLB - 16oz Slubby Selvedge Denim Slim Tapered Cut Jeans - Indigo

This was always our first choice for the slub. When Iron Heart said, "slubby selvedge" we ran to the 777 first. It's our perfect slim tapered jean. It's not skinny by any means, but it gives you a slim silhouette that works for so many people. The texture on these is so, so good in person. It's unlike anything we've ever seen from IH. It's bumpy and broken up in a chaotic pattern that we can't stop pining over. It's all the things we love from Iron Heart in a perfectly new format. The slubby deep indigo contrasts with the slubby natural weft. The loom chatter that created this fabric is bonkers. We're enamored with the beauty of this denim. The patch with the winged creature sitting on the Japanese symbols obviously holds a special place for us too!

• Selvedge side seams and fly construction
• Sanforized and one-washed - little to no shrinkage to be expected
• The waist will stretch out approximately one inch with wear
• Other dimensions will stretch proportionately to the waist
• The nature of this denim is such that there will be irregularities in the denim and substantial leg twist. Please do not buy these if you think that you won’t be able to live with these characteristics

A variance of +/-.5" is within tolerance. 

Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy is wearing a size 31 in the pics. These fit really well overall with an easy button-up on the waist. They're clearly a little tighter than the 666. You may be able to go true to size on these but with these being slimmer, always size up if you're unsure. Usually, the bigger sizes from Iron Heart tend to fit smaller than other brands. Tommy is 5'10," 162lbs with a 31.5-32.5" waist.
