IHJ-146-IND - 10.5oz Herringbone Work Jacket - Indigo

The Iron Heart IHJ-164-BLU Herringbone Work Jacket pays homage to the classic mechanic jackets of the 1950s and 60s, cut slightly more relaxed than a Type III while staying tailored enough for a contemporary silhouette. The fabric is a 10.5oz Japanese herringbone twill woven with rope-dyed indigo warp yarns, meaning it will fade and develop vintage character with wear in the same way as Iron Heart's hickory stripe and Wabash shirtings. For SS26, the chest pockets have been squared off and the hand warmer pockets stitched around for a more angular aesthetic, a small update that sharpens the whole look. A two-way YKK zipper with leather zip pull, oversized copper snap fastenings at the chest pockets, cuffs, and cinches, and dual-position cuff cinches round out a jacket that's as functional as it is considered.
