We don't know how to more blunty put this: we wear this pant every day and get questions about it on instagram every other day (from our photoshoots featuring other products), and it's somehow not sold out in every color. It baffles us. Between this silhouette and the officer chino...we seriously wear these pants every day. They take a beating and keep looking amazing. They go with everything, and they're worth every penny (this is coming from people who touch the best denim in the world every day). The fabric is out of this world. It's this silky smooth cotton that reads as luxurious as moleskin to the hand, but breathes and drapes like a chino fabric. They're magical, and we would buy them if they cost $500. So, at under $300, they're worth every penny.

Built on the foundation of the Frisco Chino, this version introduces added leg pockets and a utility loop, expanding its function while keeping the silhouette grounded and wearable. Cut from Nebraska cotton with a substantial hand and finished in black, the Oakland balances everyday durability with thoughtful storage details that feel purposeful rather than ornamental. Fit Notes: Tommy is wearing a 32 in the pictures. We knew coming into this just how roomy the legs were on their trousers, so he didn't have to size up to get the fit he wanted. You can see the waist is quite roomy, so keep that in mind. We still recommend snagging your true size or one down if you're between sizes. Tommy is 5'9," 165lbs with a 33-34" waist.
