JM4507 - Back Nep Ump Pants - 330 True Gray

Our first introduction to this heavily textured "Back Nep" fabric was in the coach's jacket. We instantly thought, "When can we get this in a pair of pants?" It's made of high-density, firm fabric that can be worn even in hot weather. The organic cotton nep yarn has a dry feel and is woven as is, without arranging the threads, and is further processed to give it a crisp texture. Inspired by umpire's pants, there are distinctive large pockets that run from the waist to the hips. The silhouettes Jackman is throwing for this SS24 collection are out of the world. No pun intended, we swung for the fences, and pun intended, we feel like we've hit a home run. We love the hand feel and the fit of these pants more than anything else we've seen in the pant lineup in years!

Fit Notes: The nice thing about this style of pant is that you can wear a variety of sizes depending on the intended use. Tommy snagged a large in all the pants this round. He wanted them to fit with that intended roomy and flowy feel. It's an ump pant, you have to be able to move in it. They're meant to be a little loose. We recommend sizing up at least once. Tommy is 5'10," 165lbs with a 33-34" waist.
