Fullcount’s classic work shirt returns in an original Japanese cotton check flannel woven for depth, durability, and year-round wear. The midweight twill flannel has a soft, broken-in hand with enough structure to hold its shape, drawing from vintage plaid work shirts with a subtle grey-base pattern. Woven on vintage shuttle looms using thick cotton yarns, the fabric has real texture without feeling bulky.

The cut stays true to Fullcount’s traditional work shirt silhouette, finished with two chest patch pockets, a curved hem with side gussets, and white Japanese urea buttons throughout. A custom label at the back collar rounds it out as a quietly refined staple that wears easily on its own or layered through the colder months.

Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy is wearing a size 42 in this shirt. That's his classic size from full count and lines up with the large he normally wears. We think this 42 fits him perfectly.
