Lot JG-21 - Strongarm Sport Dungarees - Beige

It's been the year of pants, and we continue that tradition with this incredible pair of Dungarees. Pulled directly from the collection of esteemed vintage collector John Gluckow, this pair is unlike any khaki pant we've ever seen. The cotton twill used on this is not only hardy and heavy, but full of texture. It really keeps up with the waves of indigo denim we have in the shop. It's the beige counterpart to your favorite selvedge and the details are even more intricate. The buckle back is a truly gorgeous piece of hardware. There's also this incredible coin pocket zipper pull that is normally only seen on leather jackets. They're completely sold out on Warehouse's website, so this might just be the last run of them on the planet...and we're glad to carry them. Warehouse knocked this reproduction out of the park for JG.

Fit Notes: As you can see from the charts, these are back to more traditional waist size. You'll see the waist is smaller because of that high rise. Tommy is wearing a size 3 in these, which just happened to work. But the larger sizes don't increase much bigger, so just be cautious on those. Make sure to get the waist right, seeing that they're a roomier straight-cut, that's all that really matters. Tommy is 5'10," 165lbs with a 33-34" waist, and his typical North American size is a 32 while he normally wears 33 in Japanese brands.
