01-5328- 155 - Dad's Fit Painter's Pants Houndstooth - Brown

This is our first go-round with the Dad's Fit Painter Pants, and we couldn't think of a more unique fabric to kick off what we hope is a storied future of "Dad's Fit" goodies. It's really strange to see the Painter Pants in a more dressy textile. We're so used to seeing it in denim and canvas, that we honestly didn't recognize the signature details when we pulled it from the package. The brown polyester houndstooth is simply gorgeous and is much more comfortable than wool. You get that tweed-style feeling without all the itch. This series has to be the cream of the crop in terms of funky fabric combos that we've seen in our tenure. We say that to say, they won't be here for long.

Fit Notes: This painter's pant is already a roomy fit, but the Dad's Fit cranks that up a notch. Tommy is wearing a size (3) in the photos, and as you can tell they are quite roomy. He could easily wear the (2) in these even though he loves the look of the roomier fit. If you want something more traditional, stick with your classic oRslow size. Tommy is our standard fit model at 5'10", 165lbs with a 33-34" waist.
