We have to admit, after nearly a decade of squeezing into stiff pants for photoshoots, slipping into something like this is a breath of fresh air. Feeling comfortable and mobile has become such a cornerstone of our style over the past three years. When we first tried these back in 2020, we thought the standard version leaned a little too roomy. Now? We see them as a timeless, classic fit - and we were thrilled when the wide fit was announced as an alternative option.

This latest iteration in the rare black color does not disappoint. From the depth of the shade to the effortless drape, we were completely blown away and immediately regretted not snagging more. The elastic waistband? A dream. The leg fit? Perfectly balanced. And the subtle vertical herringbone pattern, visible only up close, adds a layer of understated texture. Finished with a button fly and a classic tool pouch on the side, these are the ultimate French work pant reimagined.

Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy is wearing a size (3) in these babies. They're a super easy fit because of the elastic waistband, so you should mostly focus on the leg. Tommy could wear anything from a 2-4 on these but prefers the leg size on the (3).  Tommy is normally a tag size 32-33 from most brands. He is 5'10," 165bs with between a 32-34" waist.
