15oz Skein Dyed Slubby Black x Gray Selvedge Jeans - Slim Straight Fit

The Graphzero 15oz Skein Dyed Slubby Black x Grey Selvedge Jean is one of the most visually distinctive fabrics we've brought in, and the photo says it all. The warp threads are skein dyed in black and grey and woven randomly on an old-fashioned power loom, creating a vertical, waterfall-like pattern that cascades down the leg in a way that rope dyeing simply cannot replicate. Slub yarns running both vertically and horizontally add a rough, hand-woven looking texture that gives the fabric genuine depth and dimensionality. As the skein dye fades, it does so with a character entirely its own, the random dye distribution means no two pairs will fade exactly alike. Original iron and copper engraved buttons, hidden bar stoppers, hidden rivets, cotton constructional thread, and a hand-crafted tanned cowhide leather patch engraved with "THE ONE AND ONLY TEXTILE" and "JAPAN PRIDE" finish a jean that takes its construction as seriously as its fabric.

Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy is wearing a size 34 in this slim fit. With the slimmer leg opening, he wanted to size up once to get a roomier cut. If you like a slim jean, you might be able to stick with your true size, but we still recommend sizing up once on these.  Tommy is 5'9," 165lbs, with a 33-34" waist.
