4890HW-19 - Denim Work Shirt Hand Wash - Indigo

The Full Count Lot.4890 Denim Work Shirt is built from 8oz Zimbabwe cotton denim, known for its long staple fibers, durability, and soft hand. The indigo warp is paired with grey weft yarns inspired by the horizontal threads often seen in 1930s USN garments, giving the fabric a slightly muted tone and distinctive fading character as it ages.

This version has been hand-washed to soften the fabric while maintaining the structure needed for long-term wear. High-count sewing threads create tight, precise seams that produce subtle puckering along the stitch lines, which develop additional character over time.

The design follows classic workwear cues with two chest pockets, blue buttons at the pockets and cuffs, and a chainstitched runoff at the hem. The 8oz weight makes it an easy year-round piece that works well on its own or layered.

Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy is wearing a size 40 in this shirt. Generally, he wears a 42 but the last round of shirts had a bit of extra room. He liked the fit in this shirt for certain outfits, but would likely buy the 42 for a bit of extra room in the shoulders. We still recommend sizing up once in this shirt, as we do with almost all of our Japanese brands.  Tommy is 5'9," 165lbs, with a 40" chest.
