IH-888S-142 - 14oz Selvedge Denim Medium/High Rise Tapered Cut Jeans - Indigo

An icon in the making, this 14oz denim is the answer to what to wear when you no longer have the will to break in cardboard-like denim. They are tightly woven giving them incredible fade patterns and a feeling heavier than they actually are...however, they are going to wear much easier than the heavy bois over time. The days of wear will act as fabric softener turning these into your favorite pair of denim. They have all the Iron Heart "bells" and whistles you're used to but in a manageable weight. • Classic straight cut
• Medium rise
• 14oz Japanese selvedge denim
• Woven with a double twisted weft yarn (the same as their 21oz Selvedge denim)
• Lined rear pockets
• Button fly and hidden rivets
• Belt loops sewn into waistband
• Poly/cotton constructional stitching
• Selvedge side seams and fly construction
• Sanforized and one-washed - little to no shrinkage to be expected.
• The waist will stretch out approximately one inch with wear
• Other dimensions will stretch proportionately to the waist

A variance of +/-.5" is within tolerance. 

Fit Notes: Tommy is wearing a size 33 in these. He finally stopped trying to squeeze into a 31, and it was the right choice. The 888 is everyone's favorite slim jeans with actual room in the waist. That medium/high rise really pays off when working your way into these puppies. By sizing up to a 33, Tommy was able to wear these with ease. He is our standard fit model and wears a 32 from most North American brands and a 33 from most Japanese Brands. Tommy is 5'10," 180bs with a 33-34" waist.
