JM6553 - Back Nep BB Cap "D" - 108 Red

The Jackman Back Nep BB Cap is built from a dry cotton blend sourced from the USA and Australia, spun through a carefully adjusted carding process that deliberately introduces neps into the yarn. Nep yarn is technically demanding to work with, breaking more easily than standard cotton, which is why Jackman weaves it on an old-fashioned rapier loom capable of handling delicate yarns with the kind of control a modern loom can't offer. The result is a fabric with a natural, rustic surface character that no dyeing or finishing process could replicate. A cap that earns its texture honestly.
