Loa Bandana - Off White, Black, Rust

The Indigofera Loa Bandana is a collaboration with Swedish artist Björn Atldax, whose work has become one of the things we immediately reach for whenever their work collides. Atldax has built a celebrated body of work around this imagery through a series of blankets, and the bandana is the natural next step, a smaller canvas that somehow makes the artwork feel even more intense and alive. The Loa design is dense with detail from his previous work on the Skull Project of blankets. If you're an OG, you'll recognize the skulls in each corner combined with the owls and talons at the center. This one features a bit of new work in the tadpoles and outer border formed by astrological symbolism. A cotton voile fabric keeps it lightweight and soft, and the scale is generous enough to wear it properly or display it on a wall to truly appreciate what Atldax has done here.
