The Warehouse Lot S1003XX-LTD 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Jeans are a rare piece of denim history brought to life with the kind of obsessive accuracy that only Warehouse can deliver. The fabric draws direct inspiration from WWII-era material restrictions, when standard denim resources were redirected toward the war effort and manufacturers turned to alternative cotton blends to keep production going. The result was a distinctive brown-toned denim with a character entirely unlike standard indigo, and Warehouse has recreated that tradition here using a Japanese selvedge developed specifically for this release with a pink selvedge ID that marks it as the 30th Anniversary limited edition it is. Pieces of this era also fetured a painted vs stitched arcuate on the back pocket. Produced in unsanforized raw loomstate, the denim carries the full shrink and stretch potential of the original era garments, rewarding patience and proper break-in with a surface character that only develops through wear. Iron donut top button, iron tack buttons, copper-plated iron rivets, original flannel pocket bags, a 100% rayon woven red brand tab, vegetable-tanned deerskin leather patch, and chainstitched hems carry the 1940s construction reference through every detail.

These jeans are unsanforized. When washed, expect approximately 1.25" of shrinkage in the waist, 2.5" in the inseam, and approximately 0.3" in the thigh, knee, leg opening, and rise. With wear, the waist will stretch back up to 1" after 20-40 wears.

Fit Notes: Tommy is wearing a 34 in these pants. At that shrink rate, he would likely buy this size and with a wash, they would fit spot on. We recommend sizing up once from what you normally buy from WH, and twice to three times from what you wear in other brands. Tommy is 5'9," 165lbs with a 33-34" waist.
