LRC1127 - Loopwheel Double Binder S/S Crewneck Tee - Ivory

The Loop & Weft LRC1127 is built around the same rare Wakayama loopwheel jersey as the rest of the lineup, produced on one of roughly 200 original old-style machines still operational anywhere in the world, each running at approximately one-twentieth the speed of modern knitting equipment. The slow, tensionless process preserves the inherent softness of the thick cotton yarn, producing a jersey that deepens in character with every wear. The standout construction detail here is the double-binder neckline, executed with a twin-needle binder stitch that doubles the ribbing for a reinforced, vintage-style collar with real presence and weight that holds its shape over years of wear. The rest of the garment is sewn on a Union Special 36200 four-needle flatseam machine throughout. Clean 1960s crewneck silhouette, slim fit, washed to eliminate shrinkage.
