SJST26-105 - "Go Fly a Kite" Inlay Loopwheel T-Shirt - Ivory

The Samurai SJST26-105 Go Fly a Kite Inlay Loopwheel T-Shirt in ivory is built from aged cotton that has been slowly matured in a temperature and humidity controlled environment for 30 to 50 days, restoring the compressed fibers to their original plump, fluffy state before being spun into thread. That thread is then knitted on a vintage loopwheel machine in Wakayama using a high-gauge inlay technique so demanding that the machine produces only 48cm of fabric per hour, less than half its already slow standard output. The result is a fabric that is almost moist to the touch, exceptionally soft, and notably less prone to stretching than standard hanging-knit constructions. Split sides on the hem give the silhouette a subtle detail that elevates the overall look while keeping the rest of the design clean and unfussy.

Fit Notes: Samurai has a trim fit in general like most Japanese brands. Tommy is wearing a size large in the photos, and you may not be able to tell but he would've been much more comfortable in the XL. We highly recommend sizing up at least once in this particular shirt. Tommy is 5'9," 165lbs with a 41" chest.
